Teradata Account Executive (General Solutions) in Tokyo, Japan


  • Teradata seeks to appoint a new and key team member to assist in building on the successes of the existing team, with the aim of expanding the EDW footprint and driving further growth and success. This is a quota carrying position and is the primary selling role for Teradata in the dedicated account/accounts and/or territory (the "Territory").

  • Account Executive is responsible for effectively executing the sales process and managing new business development in the Territory. The role is responsible for maintaining, communicating and executing the sales plan.

  • AE will be assigned the dedicated account/accounts; most of our accounts are famous Japanese companies. It is great opportunity that candidates are in charge of such a company with a well-established team (Solution Architect, Industry Consultant, Professional Services consultant and so on) and selling the excellent Teradata products.

  • We expect you to bring experience in selling and articulating the value of large enterprise IT solutions based on database technology, business intelligence and associated solutions and services, to customers and prospects.
