HR Shared Services Support Analyst

Location: Manila, Philippines

Reports to: Manager, HR Shared Services

YOUR OPPORTUNITY: You, as a Support Analyst of the HR Shared Services group, will be responsible for providing world class support for our employees globally on HR related topics. You will be part of the support infrastructure to service the Workday Human Resources System of Record at a Tier 1 level. The role will entail gatekeeping and managing of HR Support tickets, generating standard, adhoc and exception reports for data integrity checking, updating and publishing training materials, performing data entry activities and enabling system users thru coaching.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You’re an individual contributor that can perform administrative and tactical functions to support the HR Shared Services Support structure. You can handle and resolve known issues that the team receives on a day-to-day basis. You are technically savvy and capable of generating existing reports to meet the requirements of the customers in a timely fashion. You have been exposed to using case management systems. You are customer focused and can extend assistance with regards to the basic functions of the HR system. You have worked in a shared services environment with a regional or global scope. You are responsible, resourceful and with a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing the task as hand.

  • Handle cases classified as HR Support Tier 1 issues.

  • Gatekeep and manage HR support tickets

  • Publish updates on existing user guides and training refence materials

  • Generate standard, adhoc and exception reports

  • Perform record entry and updates

  • Extend user assistance on basic system functionalities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three (3) years HR Shared Services support experience

  • With a minimum of three (3) years working experience on the various aspects of Human Resources

  • Have used HR Information Systems in the past

  • With experience in using Case Management systems

  • Proficient with MS Excel functions, understanding of other reporting tools is a plus

  • Schedule flexibility and the ability to work non-standard hours

  • Detail oriented and willing to perform data entry functions

  • Great command of the English language

  • With strong customer service orientation
