Teradata Customer Services Geo Director in Stockholm, Sweden

This position is responsible for the end-to-end customer service delivery within their area of responsibility. These services can be delivered by the customer services representatives directly within their management scope or through partnerships with the sales, operational services, business continuity, global support center or the research or development organizations.

This position is responsible for the customer services relationship between Teradata and the customer. This includes both the day-to-day operations as well as the strategic vision between Teradata and our customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Responsible for end-to-end customer service delivery to customers, whether delivered directly by the geographically deployed resources or in partnership with Sales, Operational Services, Business Continuity, GSO or R&D

  • Accountable for all customer incident queues created and worked within the GSO and R&D

  • Coaches and develops a team of professionals including technical supervision, reporting and training

  • Develop strong relationships with major customers, Sales and Engineering teams and direct reports. Responsible for articulating our strategic vision to major customers

  • Regularly provides advice and counsel related to the operation of the business to leadership teams

  • Provides management:

    • Area of accountability $25M<45M,
  • 30 reports across international geographic areas

  • Accountability for budget execution

  • Posses a strong product technical knowledge such as Teradata node and storage HW, BAR HW/SW, application SW, or/and from Competitors Solutions

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors’ of Science Degree or equivalent experience

  • 12+ years experience
